The Best Investment

“Working with Naomi was hands down the best investment we could have made for our family. We were in the parenting trenches and needed a helping hand to pull us out. Naomi offered us real and quick solutions to get us through, as well as gave us resources and insights to go deep within our hearts to heal and then connect better to our daughter. Our connection with her grew tremendously through hard moments. If you’re in the trenches as well and need a helping hand, Naomi is a tremendous person to invite along side of you in your journey.”

The Listening Hearts Journey

a six week path to peaceful parenting

Anchored in Grace

Setting Your Intentions as an Empowered Parent

What you’ll explore:

  • Your God-given strengths as a parent

  • Clarifying your intentions and family values

  • Learning to listen with presence, not pressure

Parenting transformation begins by grounding yourself in grace, truth, and who God says you are. This first week gently invites you to slow down, notice what is already good, and set intentions rooted in love rather than pressure or perfection. We begin by strengthening your foundation—so every change that follows is built on steadiness, not striving.

Rooted in Peace

Understanding the Nervous System with God’s Wisdom

What you’ll explore:

  • How stress and survival mode affect parenting

  • Nervous system states and emotional regulation

  • Becoming a calm, steady presence your child can borrow

When you understand your nervous system, you gain the power to respond with peace instead of reactivity. This week helps you recognize what’s happening in your body and brain when stress takes over—and how to gently return to calm so connection can lead.

Attachment & Attunement

Learning to Show Up with Security

What you’ll explore:

  • Secure attachment and why it matters

  • How your own attachment story shapes your parenting

  • Moving from fear to connection

Secure attachment is built through presence, repair, and showing up with love—again and again. This week invites you to understand how your own attachment story influences the way you parent, while offering hope that healing and security can grow at any stage.

Growing in Emotional Intelligence

Seeing Beneath Behavior

What you’ll explore:

  • Emotions as signals, not problems

  • Empathy as a foundation for growth

  • Understanding needs beneath challenging behavior

Emotional intelligence helps you meet behavior with compassion instead of correction. This week focuses on understanding emotions—yours and your child’s—as meaningful signals rather than problems to fix, allowing you to respond with empathy and clarity.

Restoring Your Voice

Cultivating God-Honoring Communication

What you’ll explore:

  • Triggers and communication patterns

  • Moving from power struggles to collaboration

  • Speaking truth with gentleness and clarity

Healthy communication flows from a regulated heart and a voice rooted in love, not fear. This week invites healing around how you express needs, set boundaries, and speak with clarity—without guilt, control, or shutting yourself down.

The PEACE Process

Integrating Everything with Grace

What you’ll explore:

  • A 5-step framework for navigating hard moments

  • Presence, empathy, and conscious leadership

  • Collaborative problem-solving rooted in values

The PEACE process brings everything together—offering a clear, repeatable framework for responding to hard moments with calm, connection, and confidence. This final week helps you integrate what you’ve learned into everyday life, so it feels sustainable and life-giving.

“I feel more calm & grounded”

About Me

hello friend!

I’m Naomi, a Christian parenting coach and mama of five. I’ve walked through the chaos of reactivity and discovered the peace that comes when we invite God’s healing into our parenting journey.

Now I help parents find that same peace—replacing power struggles with connection and calm. As a Certified Christian Parenting Coach, I combine biblical truth, brain science, and real-life parenting experience to guide you toward peaceful, joy-filled parenting.

I can’t wait to share this gift with you!

The FAQ's

Yes! This is a private, one-on-one coaching journey where it’s just you and me meeting weekly on Zoom. Think of it like a cozy coffee date for your heart—space to breathe, reflect, and grow in your parenting with personalized support.

Absolutely! Your coaching program includes both you and your husband. In fact, I highly encourage both parents to join the sessions together whenever possible as it creates a powerful shared foundation and makes the transformation even stronger for your whole family.

Absolutely! Many families choose to continue beyond the initial 6 weeks to keep growing and deepening their connection. We can extend your coaching on a session-by-session basis or create a customized follow-up plan that fits your family’s needs and rhythm.

Yes. Although my primary focus is families with toddlers and elementary aged children, the tools and principles I teach apply across all ages, even into adulthood.

I completely understand—life is full! That’s why I keep the practices simple, practical, and easy to use in everyday moments. The workbook is there to support you, but it’s never meant to be a burden. What matters most is showing up for our live coaching sessions—and if something comes up, just let me know so we can adjust together.

Not exactly. Therapy often focuses on deep healing from the past, while parent coaching is about giving you hands-on tools for present life scenarios. In our work together, we reflect on the past for clarity and to allow the Holy Spirit to bring healing to those places, but our main focus is growth—practical tools, strategies, and heart-level shifts that help you parent with greater peace, connection, and confidence today. I am not a licensed therapist and cannot and will not diagnose disorders or treat illness in any way.

It is never my heart to exclude anyone from this journey of healing. My coaching is rooted in a Christian perspective, because I feel called to walk alongside Christian families in particular. That said, families of all backgrounds are welcome here—you may simply find that the biblical lens I teach through resonates more deeply with those who share the same faith. And if you’re looking for a different fit, I’d be glad to recommend other wonderful parenting coaches who may serve your heart and family well.

To Build a Legacy of Love?

The choice you make now reaches far beyond this season of parenting. When you slow down, grow in awareness, and lead your family with connection instead of fear, you are shaping more than behavior—you are shaping hearts. You are interrupting patterns that may have been passed down for generations and planting something new in their place. The way your children experience love, safety, and repair in your home becomes the blueprint they carry into their future families, friendships, and faith. This work echoes long after tantrums fade and bedtime battles end—it becomes a legacy of peace, security, and wholehearted connection.
